Privacy and personal data processing policy

the object.v1tech.ru website, the object.v1t.tech cloud platform and the V1T Object mobile application for iOS and Android

1.General provisions

1.1. This Policy is issued by OOO V1-TECHNOLOGY (V1T, the Company) under Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data" and sets out how personal data is processed and protected.

1.2. By using the website, the platform or the application, the user confirms that they have read this Policy. A user who disagrees with it should stop using the relevant product.

1.3. The Policy does not apply to third-party websites and services that may be linked from the Company's website.

2.Who is the data operator: roles of the parties

2.1. The object.v1tech.ru website. For the data a visitor submits through the contact form (name, phone number, e-mail address, message text), V1T acts as the data operator.

2.2. The platform and the application. For the data processed by the customer when using the object.v1t.tech platform, the mobile application and V1T Object server software — video recordings, audio recordings, archives, analytics results and the accounts of the customer's staff — V1T is not the personal data operator. The customer is: they define the purposes and the scope of the data, ensure the legal basis for processing, inform data subjects, and post the notices required where video surveillance is in operation.

2.3. Processing on instruction. In cloud and hybrid deployments V1T acts as a processor on the customer's instruction under part 3 of article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ, and only to the extent needed to operate the service. The terms of that instruction are set out in the licence agreement (public offer).

2.4. On-premise deployment. Where the software is installed on the customer's own hardware — including a closed network with no internet access — V1T has no access to the customer's video, audio, archives or other data and performs no processing of personal data.

3.No biometric personal data is processed

3.1. The object.v1t.tech platform, the mobile application and V1T Object server software do not collect or process biometric personal data.

3.2. No face recognition is performed and no person's identity is established. Face templates are not created, stored, transmitted or used for matching.

3.3. Appearance features — clothing, silhouette, gait and others — are used only by the cross-camera tracking and attribute search functions, to follow an object's movement between cameras within the system. These features are not matched against any information about a person's identity and are not used to establish it.

3.4. Detection of a person in frame, visitor counting, PPE compliance, fall detection and crowd detection record that a person is present and how they behave, but do not establish who they are.

3.5. In audio analysis, speech recognition and speaker separation do not establish a speaker's identity: participants are distinguished only within a single recording (for example, "speaker 1" and "speaker 2").

3.6. These limitations apply equally to the cloud platform, the mobile application and on-premise installations of the software.

4.What data is processed

4.1. The object.v1tech.ru website. When the contact form is submitted, the following are processed:

• the name given by the user;
• phone number;
• e-mail address, if provided;
• the message text and the section of the site the request was sent from;
• technical data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referrer, cookie data and Yandex.Metrica web analytics data.

4.2. The object.v1t.tech platform and the mobile application for iOS and Android. The following are processed:

• user account details created by the customer: login, e-mail address, name, role and permissions;
• technical logs: sign-in time, IP address, device identifier, operator actions in the system (viewing, export, configuration changes);
• video and audio recordings and analytics results received from the customer's equipment; their scope is determined by the customer as the operator;
• service information about the equipment: camera and recorder models, connection status, archive volume.

4.3. The Company does not process special categories of personal data (racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, health, sex life). Data relating to minors is not collected deliberately.

5.Purposes of processing

• handling website enquiries: replying, preparing a quotation, designing a configuration;
• providing access to the platform and the application, authenticating users and separating permissions;
• keeping the service running: fault diagnosis, technical support, backups;
• service security and incident investigation (action logs);
• performing obligations under the licence agreement and statutory requirements;
• improving the website and assessing advertising channels, based on depersonalised statistics.

6.Legal bases

• the data subject's consent, expressed by the act of submitting the form on the website;
• conclusion and performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party (licence agreement, supply contract);
• the instruction of the customer as operator under part 3 of article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ;
• compliance with obligations imposed on the Company by the law of the Russian Federation.

7.Disclosure to third parties

7.1. The Company does not sell personal data and does not pass it to third parties for marketing.

7.2. Disclosure is possible only: to authorised state bodies on the grounds and in the manner prescribed by law; to the Company's contractors engaged for technical support and maintenance, to the minimum extent required and under confidentiality terms; and to the customer itself, as operator, for data processed on its instruction.

7.3. No cross-border transfer of personal data takes place. The servers on which data is processed and stored are located in the Russian Federation.

7.4. The website uses the Yandex.Metrica web analytics service, which collects depersonalised data about visits. A user may disable such collection through browser settings or a cookie blocker.

8.Storage and protection

8.1. Website enquiry data is kept until the purposes of processing are achieved, and in any case no longer than 3 years from the last contact, unless a different period is prescribed by law.

8.2. Platform account data is kept for the term of the contract with the customer and is then deleted or depersonalised as described on the Account and data deletion page.

8.3. Retention periods for video and audio recordings and archives are set by the customer as the operator, through system settings and internal rules.

8.4. Organisational and technical safeguards are applied: role-based access control, logging of operator actions, encryption of communication channels, backups, physical access control to server equipment and regular software updates.

9.Rights of the data subject

A data subject has the right to:

• obtain confirmation that their data is being processed and information about that processing;
• require that data be corrected, blocked or destroyed if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate or obtained unlawfully;
• withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
• appeal against the Company's actions to Roskomnadzor or in court.

9.1. Requests should be sent to sales@v1tech.ru, stating the applicant's name and details that make it possible to identify them. Requests are answered within 10 working days of receipt.

9.2. Where data is processed on a customer's instruction (video, audio, archives, staff accounts), the request should be addressed to that customer as the operator of the site where the system runs. If the Company receives such a request, it forwards it to the customer and notifies the applicant.

10.Cookies

10.1. The website uses technical cookies required for the pages to work and analytics cookies of the Yandex.Metrica service. Technical cookies contain no personal data.

10.2. A user may block cookies in their browser settings; some website functions may then not work correctly.

11.Changes to the Policy

11.1. The Company may amend this Policy. The current version is published at object.v1tech.ru/privacy/ and takes effect on publication.
